About Us

We are an independent registered charity and company limited by guarantee, which is also affiliated to Mind.

We offer a range of high quality services to help those suffering emotional distress get on the road to recovery. People are at the heart of what we do, we continually strive to improve our existing services and develop new services in response to local need.

We have a dedicated staff team who are passionate about helping people to achieve better mental health. We also have a large volunteer base whom we value highly. Our board of directors meet 6-8 times per year and we have service user and staff advisory panels who provide input to the board.
