CANAL NAVIGATION SPONSORSHIP EVENT - 21st August

Walk, cycle, run or crawl along the canal for Mind in August to raise much needed funds !

The event from Heybridge to Chelmsford will take you along 14 miles of our scenic riverways, Or for those who prefer, meet us at the halfway point or along the way.

ACTIVE MINDS

We are about to launch our new and exciting project designed to support those who have little or no social life and who may be feeling alone.

The groups which will run daytime, evening and weekend will access events, activities and workshops in and around Chelmsford.
